Nurses and the Global Climate Strikes

On May 5th and on September 27th 2019, the Comox Valley Nurses for Health & the Environment walked side-by-side with our local Youth Environmental Action (YEA) as part of the Global Climate Strike. We walked with them last May and over 300 people took part in the strike, this most recent strike drew a crowd of 3,000 people, one of the largest crowds ever assembled in the Valley.
